The Duty to Test - is your current supplier compliant?

The Health and Safety at Work Act requires all PCBUs to ensure any system they use is without health and safety risk so far as is reasonably practicable. There is a "duty to test" placed on all PCBUs to verify that systems and materials are fit for purpose and capable of performing as expected.
